I Heart: Bad to the Bronze + Prettier Pixels

Just some pretty little tidbits today.  First, in the “I’ve been living under a rock” category, Maybelline’s Color Tattoo in Bad to the Bronze.  The whole world and their mother has, by now, heard of Maybelline’s Color Tattoo 24-Hour Cream Gel Shadow.  They’ve been all the rage for months now, often touted as dupes for M.A.C.’s paint pots.  Well, I finally got my hands on Bad to the Bronze and wowee.  It’s opaque, it’s beautiful, it’s long-lasting, it’s shimmery yet wearable, and it’s oh so easy.  Like, dip-your-finger-and-swipe easy.  Jackpot.  Sure, you could get fancy and use a matte color in your crease and whatnot, but when in a pinch (like, the I-just-woke-up-and-I-need-to-look-fabulous-in-less-than-10-seconds kind of pinch), this is definitely a foolproof go-to.

The second little tidbit: a new camera! That partly explains my scarce posts of late.  I was saving up all my picture-taking until my new toy arrived.  So look forward to prettier pixels in the future!
